Being out of doors for good eye health

The weather was lovely and I took my little grandsons over to the park where they were soon lost in a sea of dandelions.

Being outside in the fresh air and (hopefully) sunshine is very important for children’s visual development. It is also excellent for there physical and mental health too – and it ‘s good for adults too.

We are very proud to be a long-established practice with a proud tradition of excellent service.

This print, which hangs in our practice, shows us as Lennie and Thompson at the righthand part of the central block and is dated circa 1906.

For when the sun shines…
