Getting out and about in sunshine and fresh air is very good for our eyes and eyesight (and general wellbeing). Just make sure you are wearing good-quality sunglasses to protect your eyes from harmful UV rays.

The new normality is a bit different from the old one, but we are doing all that we can to be able to deliver your eye examinations with our usual care and friendliness.
